At Tribe Entrepreneurs we want gathering in small local groups to be as easy as possible. With this in mind we’ve create a guide on how to run a successful Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group. This guide will be updated as we grow and find better ways to make your group a success, so please feel free to suggest improvements and check back periodically to see the latest suggestions on how to grow your group!
STARTING YOUR GROUP
- Decide!
The first thing you need to do is decide to start a Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group. This may seem a little obvious, but once you have made this decision it’s time to take action! - Register
This is completely optional, but if you want the most support then you’re going to want to let us know you’re running a Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group. It’s completely free to register and by doing so you’ll receive regular tips, support, discussion points, mastermind and event info, and exclusive access to Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group training. - Pick a Location
Where will your group meet? In a café, a hotel, an office, in your home? You can literally meet wherever you want as long as you have easy access and permission to be there. We’d recommend avoiding paid spaces at this stage. There’s no need to spend money on this. - Pick a day and time
Now that you know where you’re going to meet, when will you be there? Every Tuesday evening at 7pm? Every Monday morning at 8am, Sunday afternoon at 4pm? The time and day are important, but more important is the consistency. Pick a time and date you can commit to. - Invite People
Congratulations! You’ve decided to run a Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group, you’ve registered, picked a location, and you have committed to a regular time and day. Now you just need a few like minded people to join you. You have two options here:- Tribe Entrepreneurs Masterminds
Tribe Entrepreneurs Masterminds are the perfect environment to find people to join your local group. Remember you’re only looking for 4-5 other people, so go along, see who you connect with and invite them along. It really is that simple! If you connect and like each other it’ll work. - Your Existing Network
Utilising your existing network is a viable option, especially if there isn’t a Tribe Entrepreneurs Mastermind in your area yet. Simply invite those you want to join your group by letting them know when you’ll be meeting.

RUNNING YOUR GROUP
Now you’ve got a small group of people committed to meeting regularly to help each other grow. So what do you do now?
- Talk
Ok, it’s basic, but don’t just jump into problem solving mode. Get to know each other! Not sure what to talk about, start off by introducing yourselves and your businesses. Need more? We’ve got you covered! Check out the daily questions section of the website to see our icebreaker and discussion questions to get you started. - Celebration
What is everyone in the group celebrating this week? Keep is simple and to the point. Got a new contract? Great! Hired a new employee? Amazing! Managed to get to work on time 3 times this week? You rock! Let everyone celebrate their small and large wins together. - Goals
Where is everyone going? What’s 1 goal they want to achieve this week, month, quarter or year? What did you do this week to get you closer to that goal? - Challenges
Now move onto challenges. Is there something group members need help with? Either pick someone to help as a group, or break into pairs to help each other.
Once you’ve discussed it ask the following questions:- What’s the one challenge that if you overcame it this week or month would move you or your business forward?
- What specific and measurable action do you need to do to overcome it?
- Share The Action
What will you hold yourself accountable to? Share that with the group and then put the action in your diary. When exactly will you take the next specific step.
That’s it! You just ran a Tribe Entrepreneurs Connect Group and you and your attendees are now all one step closer to living the life and having the business of your dreams! Feels good, doesn’t it!
